BOOT Model is the PPA(Power Purchase Agreement) agreement signed between Consumer and Investor (our team). Under the PPA, the consumer agrees to purchase electricity produced by the solar plant at decided tariff-rate for the PPA term.Solar plants are set up entirely on our own cost. We take care of design, engineering, procurement, installation & commissioning and Maintenance of the solar plant.

What is solar boot model?

Solar Energy – RESCO or BOOT Model (Build Own Operate Transfer) is about pay as you save from a photovoltaic solar power project.. No need of investment for setting up solar plant.The entire system would be governed by a Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) for a period ranging from 10 to 20 years.

What is CAPEX and Resco?

Capex: Capital expenditures are provided by the rooftop owner. Resco: Capital expenditures are covered by third party.
